1. Customization Requirements & Confirmation | 定制要求与确认
1.1 Color Customization: We provide two color customization modes: ① Standard Color Card: 50+ classic business colors (such as navy blue, charcoal gray, burgundy) are available for direct selection, and the physical color swatch can be sent for free upon request; ② Custom Color Matching: Provide Pantone color code, fabric sample or high-definition color picture, and we will complete the color matching within 3 working days and send the color sample for confirmation. Note: The color of the finished product may have a slight deviation (within 5%) due to fabric material and printing process, which is a normal phenomenon. （1.1 颜色定制：提供两种颜色定制模式：① 标准色卡：50+经典商务色系（如藏青、炭灰、酒红等）可直接选择，可申请免费寄送实物色卡；② 定制配色：提供潘通色号、面料样布或高清颜色图片，我们将在3个工作日内完成配色并寄送色样确认。注：成品颜色因面料材质、印制工艺可能存在轻微偏差（5%以内），属正常现象。）
1.2 Material Customization: Based on the four series, we support material upgrading and replacement: ① Silk Series: Optional 22mm/25mm/30mm mulberry silk (thicker silk has better drape); ② Blended Series: Adjustable proportion of silk and wool (range: 50%-80% silk content) or replacement with cashmere blend (additional cost applies); ③ Functional Series: Optional anti-fouling silk (waterproof and oil-proof) or anti-wrinkle polyester-silk blend for high-frequency use scenarios. 1.3 Size Customization: ① Width: On the basis of the standard width of each series, it can be adjusted between 2 inches (5cm) and 4 inches (10.2cm) according to personal habits and suit collar size; ② Length: Regular size (58-60 inches) can be adjusted by ±3 inches, and extra-long size (over 62 inches) can be customized with no additional cost. It is recommended to provide the neck circumference and height information when customizing the length to ensure the perfect fit after knotting. （1.3 尺寸定制：① 宽度：在各系列标准宽度基础上，可根据个人习惯及西装领型尺寸，在2英寸（5cm）-4英寸（10.2cm）之间调整；② 长度：常规尺寸（58-60英寸）可±3英寸调整，超长尺寸（62英寸以上）可定制且不额外收费。定制长度时建议提供颈围及身高信息，确保打结后贴合度完美。）
1.4 Logo & Name Customization: ① Logo Customization: Support embroidery, hot stamping and silk screen printing. Embroidery is suitable for small logos (within 3cm×3cm), with optional thread colors (matching the tie or contrasting color); hot stamping is available in gold/silver/bronze, suitable for corporate logos; silk screen printing is for complex color logos, with a minimum size of 2cm×2cm. Logo position is optional (tie inner side, back of the wide end or lower corner of the narrow end). ② Name Customization: Free embroidery of 1-3 English letters (initial) or full name (within 8 characters) is provided, with optional fonts (serif/sans-serif) and thread colors. The position is fixed at the inner side of the tie wide end to avoid affecting the appearance. （1.4 LOGO及姓名定制：① LOGO定制：支持刺绣、烫印、丝印三种工艺。刺绣适用于小型LOGO（3cm×3cm以内），绣线颜色可选（与领带同色或撞色）；烫印可选金/银/古铜色，适合企业标识；丝印针对复杂彩色LOGO，最小尺寸2cm×2cm。LOGO位置可自选（领带内侧、宽端背面或窄端下角）。② 姓名定制：免费提供1-3个英文字母（首字母）或8字以内全名刺绣，字体（衬线/无衬线）及绣线颜色可自选，位置固定在领带宽端内侧，不影响正面美观。）
1.5 Confirmation Process: After you submit the customization requirements (color, material, size, logo/name), we will integrate all details into a digital proof (including effect diagram, parameter list and cost quotation) and send it to your registered email within 2 working days. Please reply to confirm the proof within 3 working days. If you need to modify the requirements, please clearly indicate the revised content; if no feedback is received within the time limit, we will proceed with production according to the default proof. （1.5 确认流程：您提交定制需求（颜色、材质、尺寸、LOGO/姓名）后，我们将在2个工作日内整合所有细节，生成包含效果图、参数清单及费用报价的电子样稿，发送至您的注册邮箱。请在3个工作日内回复确认样稿，如需修改需求请明确标注修改内容；逾期未反馈，我们将按默认样稿启动生产。）
After you place an order with customization requirements (such as initials, color adjustments), we will send a digital proof to your registered email within 2 working days. The proof will include details of the customization effect, material selection and size parameters. To ensure the final product meets your expectations, please reply to confirm the proof within 3 working days. If no feedback is received within the time limit, we will proceed with production according to the default proof. （您提交含定制需求（如字母缩写、颜色调整等）的订单后，我们将在2个工作日内发送电子确认样稿至您的注册邮箱，样稿包含定制效果、面料选择及尺寸参数等细节。为确保成品符合预期，请在3个工作日内回复确认样稿；逾期未反馈，我们将按默认样稿启动生产。）
2. Production & Shipping Details | 生产与发货细则
· Production Cycle: The basic production cycle is 10-12 working days. For complex customization (such as special color matching, multi-color logo silk screen printing), the cycle will be extended by 3-5 working days, and we will clearly inform you of the specific time in the digital proof. Each high-end tie undergoes 25 professional quality inspection links, including material pre-treatment, hand-sewing, pattern calibration and customization detail confirmation. （生产周期：基础生产周期为10-12个工作日，复杂定制（如特殊配色、多色LOGO丝印）周期延长3-5个工作日，具体时间将在电子样稿中明确告知。每条高端领带均经过25道专业质检环节，涵盖面料预处理、手工缝制、图案校准及定制细节确认。）
· Shipping Origin & Method: All custom ties are shipped directly from China via international express (cooperating with DHL/FedEx). We will handle the formal customs declaration procedures for you, and the package will be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate, customs clearance materials and a customization detail card (recording all your customization requirements for future reference). （发货地与方式：所有定制领带由中国直接发货，采用国际快递（合作DHL/FedEx）配送。我们将为您办理正规报关手续，包裹随附质检证书、清关材料及定制细节卡（记录您的所有定制需求，便于后续参考）。）
· Shipping Time: The estimated total time from order confirmation to package delivery is 15 days (including production cycle and international transportation time). For orders with extended production cycle due to complex customization, the total delivery time will be adjusted accordingly, and we will confirm the specific time with you in advance. 3. Tariff & Customs Tips | 关税及清关提示
According to the U.S. "de minimis" policy, packages with a value of less than $800 can enjoy duty-free treatment . We will truthfully declare the product information to ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations. As custom products are made according to personal needs, we do not support non-quality problem returns and exchanges. If the product has quality defects (such as thread breakage, wrong embroidery, size deviation) when received, please take photos of the defective part and contact our customer service within 7 days of signing for the package.
